Hey, I’m Jackie a plant-based marathoner, triathlete and nutrition coach. Navigating a plant-based lifestyle as an athlete can be challenging, that’s why I’m here.

I am a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, experienced endurance athlete, and doing it all on plants. My own journey has been about more than just being fit and living healthy, but how the power of living healthy has completely changed my life.

Over 10 years ago was in a place of not loving my body, feeling like I wasn’t enough, spending my energy on the wrong people, and through my fitness and nutrition journey I discovered my most powerful self.

I have extensive experience in this field and continue to pursue further education to be the most knowledgeable coach for all my clients.
