    • 4 month program - we meet weekly for 60 minute calls

    • 1:1 dedicated coaching that is personalized to you and your goals

    • Learn to adapt a Sustainable Lifestyle - Embrace a sustainable approach to nutrition that benefits both your health and the planet.

    • Ongoing Accountability & Support via meal guidance, check-ins - Stay motivated with continuous support and expert advice on your plant-based journey

    • Athlete Specific - nutrition guidance and specific meal plans for endurance athletes

    • Plant Based Resources - Meal planning, recipes, grocery guides and more

    $2,400 for the full journey

    • Single 90 minute sessions

    • Health assessment and goal review

    • Review of current eating habits - Specific feedback with recommendations and guidance

    $250/per session

    • This program is for clients who complete the Complete Plant Based Nutrition Program

    • Once a month accountability check-ins - 60 minute sessions

    • Review goals and discuss current habits

    • Offer guidance for any areas where support is needed

    $150/hour
